These terms govern access to and use of Midland County Inmate Population. A visitor who does not agree with these terms should not use the site.

Midland County Inmate Population is privately owned and has no affiliation with Midland County, the Midland County Sheriff's Office, the Midland County Jail, MDOC, any court, or any other government body. Neither this site nor its advertising partners provide consumer reports, background checks, credit reports, employment screening, tenant screening, insurance screening, or other FCRA-covered services. The site helps visitors locate public inmate, jail, court, FOIA, state, and federal lookup resources for Midland County and Michigan.

Nature of the Website

This is a private reference website. It does not store official booking records, court files, jail rosters, warrants, or corrections records, and it cannot confirm custody status, release a person, post bond, or file documents for a visitor.

The site points visitors toward Midland County jail and sheriff resources, Michigan public-record and court systems, MDOC OTIS, federal locators, and third-party research tools.

Allowed Use

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • Freedom from bugs, vulnerabilities, or security incidents.
  • The coverage, depth, or usefulness of partner search results.

Jail custody, bond, charges, court schedules, FOIA responses, and corrections locations can change quickly. Nothing on this site is an official statement from Midland County, the State of Michigan, or any government agency.
